Disabled transfer cache

I disabled the transfer cache, so that when I drag or transfer a file, it just happens immediately (thanks for letting this be disabled). However, I still get that ugly IE style information bar in the top of the destination window, telling me -

"The operation has been added to the Transfer Queue. To start or show the Transfer Queue click here..."

And the bar won't go away, until I X it out.

Start the Transfer Queue and make it visible and the information bar will not display anymore.
