Program Shortcut on Start Menu

Hello,

I was wondering if it's possible to remove the program shortcut that is contained in the properties when you right click on windows xp start menu button, and if so, how that is done? Thanks Alot

ive also noticed its on some right click menus of folders, etc... how do i get rid of this??

Menu: Tools->Settings
Then go to the Interface dialog and disable the Shell Extension.

I'm no longer a SmartFTP user, but it doesn't seem to want to let me go!

How do I remove it from my Windows XP right-click-menus, please, bearing in mind that SmartFTP wouldn't let me in to use it so I uninstalled it, but the right-click options are still everywhere?
