i had winxp and was using the software comodo firewall and worked fine. i formatted and put vista on using the same sw fw and all i get is:

[23:49:50] Resolving host name mywebpage
[23:49:50] Unable to resolve host name.
[23:49:50] Active Help: https://www.smartftp.com/support/kb/81
[23:49:50] Cannot login waiting to retry (30s)...
the correct host name is inputted* and that worked fine in xp. maybe i have to name my host differently than i did with xp? is there a setting i need to focus on cuz i'm using vista? this is the free version too, and i've had it installed for 3 days. if that matters?
