Help with uploading php files

Can anybody help me with this please?After highlighting the php files that I want to upload and pressing the upload arrow, nothing happens. What am I doing wrong?

you may find it much simpler to have windows Explorer open, then highlight the files THERE and just drag and drop them into the right spot on your FTP window
