I've just downloaded FTP, registered and want to use the program, but I keep getting "login incorrect" error messages. What am I doing wrong? Help!

The username/password to access the server is provided by your web hosting provider. This is the company which manges the server where your website is located at. Please contact them for assistance.
Also please add your license key id to your profile in the forum to receive technical support. Thank you.
