Hi,

Can someone help, whenever i try open smart ftp, i get the license reminder, then i push ok and i get an error" the action cannot be completed because the program is busy" when i push "switch to" the start menu opens and when i push retry nothing happens. I have been using smartftp for about 3 months with no problems. untill now

Try to install the latest version from the following URL:
https://www.smartftp.com/download

If this doesn't help delete the following registry key using regedit.exe:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\SmartFTP

I have the same error using 6.0.2103 while deleting files on a slow server (takes #10 seconds to delete a 4 GB file).

Is you solution suggestion still applicable for SmartFTP 6.0.2103?
