About a month ago I upgraded to the latest version because the program wouldn't go past the splash screen. Everything was fine again. Today, the problem has started again.
When I start SmartFTP, nothing happens-- the hard drive activity light flashes momentarily and then nothing-- no splash screen.
I restarted my computer (WinXP Pro SP2) and tried again. I ran a registry cleaner. I removed the program from the Control Panel. I removed the registry key. I re-installed a freshly downloaded copy. The installation wizard ends with the option to "Launch SmartFTP" but the program does not start.
I love SmartFTP-- I hope we can figure this out!
