Downloading problem

I can't download the smart FTP software. I try many times but I just can't and i need it for publishing my web site.
The computer won't recognize the program. The security settings saids that it is not atrusted site it's on red.

Try to download it from:
https://www.smartftp.com/download

And tell your computer/browser that smartftp.com is a trusted web site.
