Hello,
I've been using SmartFTP for several months till now without problems, only a small window popped up on startup, I clicked OK and it started. Now it says that SmartFTP "is about to expire" and when I click OK as usual before it doesn't do anything. I've noticed there are two types of the program mentioned in the license and on the site: the unlicensed (free) and the licensed (paid). So does this behavior mean that I have the paid one? I haven't found anywhere what version it is nor how to get specifically the free one. I'd like to use the free version since SmartFTP is great as a freeware client.
