unable to connect

after installing smart ftp free version.
I was unable to use it to connect to my web site.

i also am unable to connect to that particular site now through mozilla and ie.

I have done everything i can to figure out this problem.

but with no luck.

Has this every happened before to anyone?

If you're unable to connect to your site from ie and mozilla, as well as your FTP program then it would be safe to say your site is down... or your have the connection information wrong. Check that your cap locks isn't on when putting in the password. An easy... but very common mistake
