Hi, plz post a raw listing of the folder where you don't see files (right click on treeview->show raw listing), a log file also can help (sorry i don't know japanese, i used machine translation).

SmartFTP cannot understand the date/time of all localized date/time formats. I also doubt many FTP client will understand the Japanese date/time. I recommend you to change the charset for the date/time on the FTP server.
