530 Login authentication failed

I have two sites that are being hosted. My first one I am able to log into my FTP without any problems. I just got the information for my second one today, and when I try to log into that one, it said 530 Login authentication failed. I know I'm using the right login name and password, as I'm copying and pasting it from the email that sent me my information

Any help would be appreciated!
