program messing with code

Yesterday i suspected smartftp was changing my code on upload, today it happened again:

The thing sometimes decides not to transfer files and then crashes. What is it with poorly make ftp clients?

1. SmartFTP does not temper the data it transferrs.
2. Please post a complete bug report with all the necessary information (crash dump, version info, steps to reproduce).
