How can I see total space used?

Hi, I need to find out how much of my webspace I have used up - I know with Smart FTP you can see the size of each folder, but some folders are coming up as 2kb in size even though they contain a lot of images. I need to get the actual total size of all my folders, files etc - is there a way I can do this? I really don't want to have to sit and add up every folder! *lol*

Sorry, I don't quite get what I've to do here. I've tried using the asp file and have saved it onto my server, but nothing has changed. What do I do with the example asp script that page gives me - where do I put it??
