Could someone please tell me if is possible to download and print tutorials or help files?
I am a new user and I have spent a considerable time getting SmartFTP and my website to talk to each other - having to refer to down-loading tutorials didn't help my patience or my nerves! Being on dial-up didn't help - I cannot get broadband.
A hardcopy would be extremely useful, especially since after an initial flurry of activity I probably won't use SmartFTP for some time - and the old brain is getting saturated!
