Drag and Drop - SmartFTP Forums

I seem to be having some issues with this. I've had SmartFTP for a long time, I reformated my computer, re-installed it and now, whenever I drag a file from my FTP server and into my computer, all it does is create a folder called "SFTPDROP". What can I do to fix this?
