FTP access to a folder in a domain with a different logon

I would like to use my company's domain name to FTP files between employees but with a different log on so that the employess cannot access the other files and folders on the domain.

Is it possible to do this and, if so how, either by putting the files in a separate folder on the domain or by creating a sub-domain like ftp.domainname.co.uk; or do I have to use a different domain name altogether, which I would like to avoid if possible?

Thanking you in anticipation.

You have to create an individual FTP account for each user on the FTP server. You need to check which your web hosting provider if they allow you to do that through the web hosting provider's control panel.

I rent my own dedicated server which I manage, although I'm learning step by step.

How do I do this? The server is running under Windows 2003.
