Not showing folders & files after connecting

I cannot see the files and folders after connecting. I tried following the instrction in the knowledge base step by step (topic 048 in the knowledge base, I believe) , but it didn't work.

What else can be the reason?

(Windows XP, 32, latest version of smart FTP)

P.S I tried connecting through internet explorer and the I can see the files & folders.

I think I have found the problem. When reading the log, I noticed this line " "/tranztrade" is current directory. " , so I manualy wrote the directory, and whoop, all the folders appeared.
