Port 21 in use after reboot

Hi,

I rebooted the server and now it says port 21 in use and i cannot get smart ftp server to start. I had this problem last year and cannot remember how i fixed. I can't even find the email now with the registration number. Crap.... how do i fix this?

We do not offer a SmartFTP server product. You are probably confusing it with something else you have installed.
