Exactly what the subject line says. Even though I never had a problem before, for the past several weeks, even when I have just started my WinXP Home system, or on my 4 years older backup laptop my WinXP Pro system, it takes several tries to get Smart FTP to open *IF* it will even open at all. I even tried uninstalling using add/remove programs and downloading the latest install file, when I try to run the file, I only get the following message.
"Error creating process <C:\DOCUME~1\CLOUDC~1PC2\LOCALS~1\Temp\IXP000.TMP\setup.exe>. Reason: C:\WINDOWS\system32\advpack.dll"
What's wrong? Why won't Smart FTP work for me?
