Problems uploading - errors 552 and 550

Hi, complete novice here so idiot-proof help would be much appreciated.

Recently upgraded to v2.5 but since then have been unable to upload any files and have actually managed to overwrite my home page with a zero-byte file. Am getting a variety of messages when I try to transfer files, particularly 552 Transfer aborted. Disk quota exceeded, and 550 .............: no such file or directory (see below).

It's a while since I did any website work so I'm very rusty... I'm dragging and dropping my files and folders from my local browser to the remote browser... am I missing something really obvious? Please help!

Hi, the problem is your quota is full, you must delete something before uploading something new, or get more space.
