Workers...

Okay I add my folders to the Transfer Queue and it says type a number 1 - 256. So it has 2 boxes Workers and KBps/Workers. I have no idea what these mean, I searched the FAQ with no answers. Just trying things out I put 9 workers and 7 KBps/Worker. Then at the bottom it says 8/9 Workers running and it don't do anything I let it set all night and nothing happened. I can login and delete files fine and manually drag files and have SmartFTP upload them. Another problem I have is "An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host" I always get that error after a few minutes connected using SmartFTP.

Is this my hosting company kicking me out?

Hello

Please take a look at the tutorials on how to use the Transfer Queue:
https://www.smartftp.com/support/howto

Enter 1 into the Number of Workers input box and 0 into the KB/s input box.
