Hello,
I'm evaluating the FTP Lib ActiveX component, my company intends to purchase this product once we are sure we can use it. I've been having success all day, and actually was nearing completion of the code testing and getting ready to purchase. now all of the sudden I get an error 17:
Initializing SmartFTP Library
kkLogFile = Connecting...
Connect() failed. Error = 17
when trying to connect using the sample ASP code. It seems to me that the documentation tells me this is a licensing problem. MY trial shouldn't expire until May 8th, so am I missing something here? otherwise, looks like a great solution, we will purchase for sure if this can be fixed.
