Hey, I'm new here, my names Danny....
I really need help now, as my FTP has suddenly stopped working for no apparent reason.
My host is BlueHost and they have been less than helpful....
Basically I log in and it's just a blank screen where it used to display all my directorys..Here's a full [editted] copy of the message that's going on....I don't understand that MUCH about FTP...It may be a simple problem...But, I've tried the MODS you know PASV etc...And I've switched between different software types..So it doesn't seem to be a software problem...CoreFTP gave me an ERROR CANT LOAD DIRECTORY msg...maybe it's to do with the directoty being just a "/" I really have no CLUE..Hence, I really need some advice...I do not have firewalls so can't be that either...I'm Windows XP SP2 and SmartFTP latest version dwnloaded today!
Any more Q's just ask...I've been fiddling around all week, and I really need to get this problem sorted now as I'm sure you can understand..I don't get it, I was using it perfectly one hour, the next it just stopped working
I haven't downloaded anything, been in the settings and/or edited any of the settings, it just suddenly STOPPED...You know, I must have done something, only thing, just remembered a Windows Update automatically downloaded and installed as it does..Other than that, no clue =/
