Hi,
Our Company is having an ftp server. We use this to transfer files to our branch offices across the globe.
There are some folders and files in the ftp, which i am trying to delete using smartftp software; but no use. still the files are there. i am getting an error saying "500 Unknown Site Command".
When i check the folder or file property it says the owner and group as "ftp". If i try to create a new folder in the ftp, then i am able to delete. i am not able to delete only the existing files and folders.
Can anyone help me in this regard.
