lib not licensed error even after reinstall

I'm using the NSI version.

I get the lib not licensed error when I try to connect.

It used to work after I uninstalled and installed again, but now it
does not anymore.
I still get the lib not licensed error even after I uninstall and reinstall.

I'm on win98se

Hello ..

Windows 98/ME support has been officially dropped almost one year ago. SmartFTP no longer works on those operating system. Update your computer as soon as possible.
