Upgrade from competitor discount?

I've been testing SmartFTP out and am wondering if they offer a discount when upgrading from a competitor. I'm thinking of purchasing a few copies.

I'm sorry but we don't offer any discounts. SmartFTP is already cheaper than any other products within the same range.
