I was wondering is this possible for Smart FTP? So I can plug in the time and set the files and it will automatically upload at that date and time?

Yes you can do this... go to help in the upper right hand corner and then contents, tutorials, and click Upload - Queue

I just cant figure out how you can get it to overwrite a file that already exists this way.
