I'm using SmartFTP on a Windows XP Pro machine, transmitting files to z/OS USS (HFS filesystem).
When I transfer in ASCII, the characters appear correctly, but the line endings are removed so the file in HFS appears to be 1 long line. I didn't find any option to control this behavior.
This is for *.c files. I have include *.c in the ASCII file transfer list and have also tried forcing ASCII mode transfer. Binary mode of course does not translate properly.
I'm using SmartFTP V2 build 1000.
