Hey Guys

well im new to all this stuff as u can see this is my first post... well i have recently bought an IPB board and am using smartFTP to transfer my files onto my godaddy host.... well i bee following the instructions on how to install the board but why cant i find the public_html file when i log onto my site?.... from what i read that is what i need to install my forum properly... can you guys please help me out

To my knowledge this support forum is solely on how to run/use/fix smartftp and not how to set up IPB forum software. You may want to contact IPB for support.

You can upload to any desired folder, in fact, you can upload to root.
