I am unable to connect. As my hosting account is new I have used the IP address they gave me as the hosting address. I have clicked on FTP in the drop down box from Protocol, and included the user name and password given me by my hosting account. When I click on 'GO' all I get is 'waiting' and shortly afterwards 'disconnected'.
My O/S is WinXP SP2, Firefox Browser version 1.5.0.7. I have version 6.5.737 Zone Alarm installed and it is configured to allow SFTP under "Access' and 'Server'. My antivirus software is AVG.
Any ideas please
