Login Help Required

Hi,
i am new to FTP but having a problem.
I type in my info and press connect - then the following things come up.

[17:51:07] PASS (hidden)
[17:51:07] 530 Login incorrect.

[17:51:07] Cannot login waiting to retry (30s)...

Then it does it in 30 secs but same happens. I am defenatly typing my password and username correctly so i don't know what the problem is. I am using Windows XP Home incase you need to know that.

I can only suggest you re-check that you're using the right user name and password for ftp - in case it isn't the same as the one you use for other access to your account.

You recived your login information when you registered yourself to webhosting service (http://gpr.awardspace.com/). Check in the mail if you have any info.
