I was given all of the domain login information by the domain's previous owner- am fairly certain it is all correct and that this is a problem with the FTP program.
When I failed to connect with the Address Bar on "Explicit..."

I switched over to "Implicit" and still had no luck getting logged in...

Any idea how to fix things so that I can log into my domain?
