COPY URL -> HTTP "big time problem plix help"

I cant do this command.
click right buton on the file then go to COPY URL -> HTTP . it
shows a pop saying that i need to ad the ftp to the favorits.
but how in gods world do i do that? there no help
or anything.
help help plixx.
