I've just started using SmartFTP and I'm experiencing a problem with incomplete file transfers. I hope someone can give me a clue as to what's happening. I can sign in to my website just fine and I receive the listing of the files resident on it. However, when I try to upload files the connection closes and only a portion of each file reaches the website. For example, I just tried to transfer a 95KB file and received the following error message:
[14:19:11] Server closed connection
[14:19:11] Transfer failed.
Only 70KB of the file actually reached the website. Any suggestions? Thanks!
