i know i have the proper password
because i have changed it to the same thing like 20 times incase i misspelt it
i have all the correct information
but i still don't understand why the login is incorrect
i know for sure my account isn't suspended or disabled either
any suggestions?
i read the help
but it isn't really helping me

Please search the forum ... if you believe it or not, there is only one cause: The username does not match the password. This can be either because the password is wrong, the username is wrong or it does not exist.
