Hi all...I'm a new guy to this forum but I have been using SmartFTP for a while doing some uploading of school work and a few sites I've played with.
I have a friend who wanted me to create a splash page, and create a sub domain as well. I've created the sub domain from the hosting control panel, but it wouldn't show up in SmartFTP, until I created a new domain using the beginning of the sub domain.
My question is this: Is there any way to have the sub domain show up in the same pane as the main domain name, or is it necessary for me to create a new account for the sub domain. Am I doing something wrong from either end (ie. FTP or Hosting CP)?
