Cannot log in using SmartFTP but I can with Dreamweaver?

This is a rather odd problem. I have multiple web sites that I have successfully created profiles for and connect to on a daily basis using both SmartFTP and Dreamweaver. For some reason, I cannot connect to one of my web sites using SmartFTP but I CAN connect to it using Dreamweaver. I know I am using the exact settings because I have checked to make sure the settings are the same in SmartFTP and Dreamweaver with all of my other sites that I can successfully connect to.

At any rate, I cannot log in this particular site and I believe it has to do with a 550 -aL: No such file or directory name. The SmartFTP knowledge base explains that this usually means I need to contact the web site hosting administrator to have more permissions added? I don't think this is the case since I can connect to the site using other FTP programs.

If anyone has any ideas, it would be very much appreciated. I love using SmartFTP and am especially fond of its ability to continue an upload or download once disconnected in the middle of a transfer.

Here is a copy of the log I get when trying to connect:
