some files no visable in folder view pane

as I navigate thru the folders I noticed that some files are not listed (8.pag, *.ind, *.db, *.dbb, etc). When I telnet into the server and execite a list (ls) command i see that they truely do exist. I have tried turning off tools||settings||transfer 'show all files' & 'resolve links' but still can not see the files in the folder view pane

Right-click on the folder in the tree view and select "Show Raw Listing". If the missing items do not appear there the server simply doesn't include them in the directory listing. If they appear in the raw directory listing then SmartFTP is not able to decode the listing correctly and we can provide a fix after you have posted the directory listing.

Could you please post the log of your FTP session and the complete raw director listing?

my load was from the file SFTPMSI.exe (not SFTPNSI.exe). what is the difference?
