I am trying out this product and would like to check on the ability to do a feature i would like to utilize.
I have some 200 folders for clients and i file reports each month for each client. Right now i am looking at having to right click each main folder and create a new file and name it say "July 2005"
I have to make this for each client. Is there an easier way to make a month folder in each main folder so i can save the type and typing?
