My create new ftp and login not work
[10:16:11] SmartFTP v2.0.997.4
[10:16:11] Resolving host name "ftp.chrisgamesfiles.com"
[10:16:11] Unable to resolve host name.
[10:16:11] Active Help: https://www.smartftp.com/support/kb/81
[10:16:11] Cannot login waiting to retry (30s)...
How to create new ftp server and fix the login current username:password.
