"execute" command, how do I find it?

Can anyone tell me how to put the "execute" command back on my command drop down menu? I've been going nuts trying to send my information back to my website. Uninstalled SmartFTP, reinstalled it and there is still no execute command. There used to be, but no longer.

Perhaps there is another way to get my info back to the website.

"Execute" was renamed to "Open" to match Windows Explorer's naming.
