Another "Won't Connect" Issue...

So it says it's briefly connected, but then disconnects just as quickly.
Anyone else have this problem? How did you overcome it?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

For almost 3 months? One day, I was just unable to connect, and it's been that way ever since.

I don't mean to be ignorant, but what exactly is an FTP server? Do you mean my host company's servers are down?

I have tryed to connect with SmartFTP and with command line ftp and the result is the same, i think you must speak with your hosting.

I did some testing and troubleshootiing. She cannot connect with her computer to her website, but I can. Also, she cannot connect to my website, either. We're on totally seperate servers.
