Cant find url pathname to website

I have added another webpage into my public_html folder. it is not hyperlinked to my index page. i want to keep it as a seperate page. the webpage name is downloadpage.htm. How do i find the url/pathname pf that page if it is not linked to my index/homepage.

The URL / pathname is the same as if it was hyperlinked.
