FTP upload error message !PLS HELP!:(

HELP! I am a new to FTP, I tried to upload a file but i get the error message below...can somoeone please tell me what it means and how i can solve it.......Thanks a trillion!!

Hi, does it mean i could have selected the wrong 'Yellow' folder within my FTP to upload the files? If so, where is the exact location i should go to upload the files? Thanks!!!

Yes, it is possible that you selected the wrong folder. No, we cannot tell you which folder to use, as each server's directory structure is different (How should *we* know which folders *you* have?). If you're lucky, there is a folder named "public_html" and you could try to upload there.

Hooray! i think i managed to upload the files. But how long do i have to wait before i see changes to my website due to upload of files?

There should be no delay at all. Just remember to flush the browser cache by pressing Shift+<Reload> when loading the page again.
