Uploads repeating?

A lot of my uploads over 5mb are starting over again once they finish uploading the first time, and because the file uses the same name as last time, it overwrites the old file, and... hideous cycle repeats itself over many hours.

This has happened to me before with the last version, and now it's happening again with v2. Can anyone help me out?

Please Update to the latest Build and try again, if the problem still exists report it again here.

Check your "File Exists'" rules as you can see in the log it uses the default action!

[01:13:23] No rule matched. Default Action="Overwrite".
