My remote browser is not showing all files/folders

Hi guys,

I've been using Smartftp for a little while now and love it.

My problem is recently got a new PC and when I logged into Smartftp to upload some pages, I noticed the remote broswer window is not displaying all of my files and folders. I tried refreshing several times and they still don't show up. I was wondering if I need to change the settings or something.
It was fine on my old PC.

I think I've solved it, when setting up the new remote browser host info I added www, leaving the www off seems to have solved the problem.
