I am getting the same problem, I am a server admin for my clan & quite often need to upload files to make adjustments to the server config. I am pretty sure it is to do with my router firewall, but I can't seem to find the cure. The reason I am so sure it is my router is that I have 2 internet connections, one is through my cable subscriber Telewest & I connect to that via a Belkin wireless 11b router with bog standard config. I also have a Bulldog ADSL connection (for gaming mainly since I get a better ping) which I connect via a Netgear DG834 ADSL Modem router with a US robotics WAP. I can transfer files without any problem at all on the Belkin/Telewest connection, but if I switch to the Bulldog/Netgear connection the file transfer fails & then I find the file I tried to transfer is now 0Kb in size & empty. Downloading is fine though!
