I've tested this only with explicit ssl, it may also happen with the other connection types.
Create a non-anonymous connection. In the settings, check the option to not remember the password after exit. Log in and use the transfer queue. Login will fail with a bad password.
Now go back to the settings and have it remember the password after exit. Now the transfer queue will work.
The password should be remembered by the program for the entire length of the session, including connections created by the queue.
