restarting my cs server

hi

i am using ftp for my counterstrike server, how do i restart the server using ftp, does any1 know how ????

i also like to know have to save all my configs so when it restarts it does go back to the origanal setting, does any1 know???

You don't restart a CS server via FTP, you need SSH / shell access for that.
